Returns and refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us – 14-day return policy

If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations or is damaged, we will gladly take it back and refund the purchase price. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item.

The return of the goods includes:
The item itself in its original packaging, proof of purchase and all accessories included in the delivery.

Return by mail

To simplify the return of an item by sending a parcel, the following conditions must be met:

• You paid for the item in the online store;
• The item is in its original packaging, accompanied by all the accessories delivered and in impeccable condition.

Step 1: Contact us using the form under the " Contact " tab, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Your return request will be processed within 2 to 5 business days.

Step 2: Once your return request is accepted, please write the return address on the package ready for shipment. This address will be provided in the email confirming acceptance of your return request.

Step 3: All you have to do is drop off your package at a post office (the shipping costs are your responsibility).

Once we have inspected the returned item, you will be refunded the purchase price within 14 days. Depending on your payment method, we will issue the refund to your bank account or to your credit card.

The cost of the initial shipment will be credited to your account. To receive this credit, you will be asked to create an account on our website if the order was placed as a guest.

Returns of damaged packages

We want to ensure your parcels arrive safely and undamaged. Occasionally, however, you may receive a product that has been damaged in transit. In such cases, we will do everything we can to arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible, at no cost to you. To satisfy our insurer, damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. In case of damage, please see our policies below for receiving and returning damaged items:

1. Damage external to the package only

    If you receive a package with obvious damage to the outside of the box or packaging, but you believe the item inside is undamaged, please note this in writing with the courier when you sign for your package . If no mention is made of external damage, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the product and will not accept a return or issue a refund.

    2. Damage to packaging and contents
    If a package appears severely damaged, you can refuse delivery of the item. It will then be returned to the point of origin. Please inform us immediately if this happens, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: The delivery times for the original product may apply to the replacement product.

    Damage to content only
    If your undamaged packaging contains damaged contents, DO NOT discard the original packaging. Please contact us immediately and follow the steps below.

    For all the previous scenarios, please follow these return instructions:

    • Take photos of any damage to the items and photos of any damage to the package.
    • Contact us. Please provide your original order number (if applicable), your name (or the name under which the item was ordered), and the product you are returning (with photos). You will receive a return authorization number, which you may need to include with your returned item.
    • Arrangements will be made to replace your damaged item at no cost to you. Please note that the delivery time for your original product may apply to a replacement.
    • We will tell you how or if to return the damaged product for replacement.
    • No refunds will be issued for damaged goods. A replacement or an electronic gift card will always be sent promptly.

    BeCOO reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used otherwise than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear.

    Defective merchandise

    Any defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded in the form of an electronic gift card. No other form of refund will be accepted.

    No refunds or exchanges on:

    • Items without original receipt;
    • Used/opened items;
    • Items not reported as "damaged" to the delivery service.
