When will my order be shipped?
If a product is in stock, the quantity will be displayed on the product page below the Add to Cart button. In-stock orders will ship within 48-96 hours, unless you have also ordered "available on order" items, which will be shipped once the order is complete.
If the product needs to be ordered, you will see a note under the Add to cart button that says "Available on order".
If you have ordered multiple items and need some of them urgently, please understand that we only ship complete orders. If you wish to split your order, we will charge a fee.
Where are you located? Do you have a physical store where we can see the products?
We are located in central Valais, Switzerland, and are proudly Swiss-owned and operated. All prices are in Swiss francs.
At the moment we do not have a physical store.
How can I place an order?
Ordering on our website is fast, secure, easy, and available 24/7. Once you've added items to your cart, simply follow the easy checkout instructions, and we'll process your order immediately. You can also save items to your cart or wish list for later access.
What are my payment options?
We accept TWINT, American Express, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa, among others.
Is your website secure?
The security of personal information is a priority for us. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against the unauthorized disclosure, use, modification, and destruction of personal information in our possession. Any information you transmit to our website is processed using a standard data encryption system called Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
Will I receive an order confirmation?
When you place an order with BeCOO, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder; it should be there. Contact us if you have any questions.
Do you pay the return shipping costs?
We cover the initial shipping costs for all orders over CHF 50 (worldwide). Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Please see our return policy for details.
Damaged Goods Policy.
The items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage occurs along the way.
Please inspect your purchase upon receipt. If there is any damage or if a product is defective, contact us immediately.
To process your request, please send us low-resolution digital photos, including a photo of the box the item was shipped in – be sure to keep all original packaging materials! We will work with you to ensure your items are replaced promptly, at no extra cost to you.
Is there a warranty on your products?
At BeCOO, we place particular emphasis on the quality of our products. Confident in their quality, we have chosen not to offer a warranty on our products. We are, of course, open to all complaints, which we will analyze on a case-by-case basis.
What is included with free delivery?
We offer FREE STANDARD/GROUND DELIVERY worldwide for all orders over CHF 50.--, before taxes. This is postal delivery only.
How and where do you ship my order?
Most items are shipped by mail.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Items in stock are shipped within 48-96 hours of purchase. If the item is marked "Available on order," it means the item is not in stock and must be ordered.
